Advisory Services: Private/Homeschool Support

If you have a student who attends private or home school, but receives services through the public school system, please review the Advisory Services: Public School page for additional information on support.

For students receiving minimal or unoffical support in his/her school setting, the following services are offered:

• Development of summary of evaluation report, highlighting important points for teachers, support personnel, administrators, and other individuals with educational need to know per the parent's discretion.

• Interpretation of accommodations and adaption for the private or homeschool environment.

• Advisement to parents on what can realistically be requested and implemented in a private school setting that does not offer special education support.

• Advisement to parents on how to conduct a parent-teacher conference to review the above information.
